YiYo

A weekly meal plan built around you

The plan is not picked from ready-made templates; it is built from your answers. You state your limits once, and every new plan is prepared around them.

Tell it once, the rest arrives ready.

Tell it about yourself

Age, height, weight, goal and daily routine. Your diet style, allergens, health conditions and the foods you dislike. A few minutes of short questions.

Seven days of meals with set times; the calories and macros of each one are written out. If you chose a monthly plan, the next week is built automatically when you close out the current one.

Your daily routine is part of the plan

Setup asks whether you work shifts, live in a dorm, or have access to a kitchen. Your answers are turned into a separate prep-time limit for each day.

If you have a desk job, you won't get forty-minute oven recipes on weekdays; each day's meals are chosen to fit the time you can spare that day.

From the cuisine you know, minus what you don't want

You don't have to give up the food you know: meals come from the cuisine you choose. The diet style, allergens and dislikes you flag are left out when the plan is built.

If you have an allergy, still check what goes into each meal yourself.
